Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you enter, the service you select, your preferred contact method, and any message you choose to write. We ask you not to send Social Security numbers or tax documents through the website form. Anything sensitive is collected securely after we are in touch, through the client portal.

How we use your information

We share information only with the service providers that make this practice run, and only so they can perform work for us. That includes our website host, our email delivery provider, our scheduling and client relationship software, our client portal, and our analytics provider. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Tax and accounting records are retained for the periods required by federal and South Carolina law.

Your choices
