Text Message Terms

The program

Wright Way Tax LLC sends text messages to clients and to people who ask us to get in touch. Messages relate to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, documents we need from you, and the status of the work we are doing for you. This is a customer care program, not a marketing list.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on this website and submitting your phone number, by giving us your number and permission during a call or appointment, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry and as your work with us progresses, so volume depends on what you have asked us to do and the time of year.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Opting out of texts does not end your relationship with us, and we will still reach you by phone or email if you want us to.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
